Wrong TV delivered
<p>Greetings</p> <p> </p> <p>Contract no: ********** 601</p> <p> </p> <p>I app**** for the 55” Curved TV deal on the 15th of May 2016. The wrong TV was delivered on the 20th of June 2016. And ever since, I have been trying to get MTN (Been speaking to Pertunia ****ubye, MTN Vaal Mall) to come fetch their TV and deliver the correct one and that still has not been done. Its 8 weeks now and MTN is still debiting my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help me get the TV exchanged or cancel the contract and be refunded.</p> <p> </p>

Nothing is happening? did you not say matter was reffered to management for urgent attention? or is MTN refusing to deliver the TV or cancel the contract?
