WRONG RESPONSE. READ MY COMPLAINT!!!!
Ormondo, it is NOT my data that is being used but my AIRTIME!!!<br> I load airtime and within a few minutes it is gone, without even using my phone.

Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns with MTN.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as a result of the breakdown in service delivery.
Kindly note that your airtime could be depleted by content charges (one content charge went off on 18th May). To circumvent this you can dial *141*5# and choose option 5 for content charges, then choose option 1 for block content charges. You will then need to wait 24 hours to receive an SMS from the relevant company confirming the blocking of content charges, before you load airtime.
