Wrong product sold

I went to mtn westgate to apply for sim only for data.i submitted all the necessary documents.they said that someone will call me back.they were running a 100 gig promotion for R199.00.mtn sent me a wrong sim that start with 063 but my statement its says 060.the said that am getting 60gig every month but on my side it show that the sim is suspended from april 2022 till today i didn't receive any data but am paying 200 every month.when you call mtn customer care they will take you puller to post.your help will really be really appreciated.
