Wrong phone delivered

I lost my phone and contacted mtn insurance claims to replace my lost phone, Millicent Machele assisted me and I told her I want the Samsung A32 phone as a replacement as the Hisense Infinity H40 lite phone it freezes, she said once the payment has reflected for the axcess fee, they will place the order. Today my phone was delivered but wasn't the Samsung A32 instead it was the Hisense H40 lite which I specifically said I don't want anymore due to the phone keeps on freezing. Can they come and collect it and give me what I ordered. As I make sure my contract and insurance it's up to date Month in and month out.
