Wrong phone deal sold

Hi, I sent through an online application for a Huawei Y9 Prime and received a call from one of your consultants and she told me the phone is out of stock then she sold me the Samsung A31 saying its the only phone that had dual sim which I emphasized on that it needs to be a dual sim as I have a work sim and personal which the work is a contract and I was not willing to do a sim swap, i'm due for an upgrade but wanted to change service providers due to issues with them, I feel your consultant just wanted to make a sale, as a sales person myself I'm disappointed, I received the phone yesterday to my surprise its not a dual sim phone, I called MTN and I was told I can cancel the deal by returning the phone at one of your store, which I will be doing after work. I was willing to port but now after your sales person was not honest and transparent I wont be, even a colleague of mine had bad experience with 3 of your stores trying to get a phone this week.
