Wrong phone contract cancelled and charged early cancellation

I have 4 numbers on my contract. I cancelled my because it was the end of my contract and so I moved to another provider that has better connectivity in my area during load shedding. They cancelled my daughters number instead and charged be early cancellation fee! I can't get through to cancellations to review and fix the issue.
