Wrong phone colour
<p>I recently claimed for a lost phone with Mtn insurance and got a replacement device in the wrong colour.i got an iPhone 7 plus black from the company yet I indicated to the consultant I don't want black coz I already have it.Now I have two iPhones of the same model and colour.The new device is still sealed called them and they said they can't help me yet all I want is to exchange and get a different colour</p>
