Initially I was with Nashua. I was due for an upgrade, then a Consultant CALLED to make me an offer. At first I refused, but he later said that should I accept this offer(MTN Anytime 200), I will receive an extra 200 off peak minutes, totallying 400 minutes per month. This was a good offer as I refused the former offer multiple times. He said that I should just accept the MTN Anytime 200, then I will later received the 200 off peak. As much as I accepted all this, I started making calls to Nashua, the following day, to make sure that all of this was true, and to get the copy of the contract. They later told me that such a contract(MTN Anytime 200 + 200 off peak) does not exist. But advised me that I should wait for Airtime to be credited in my account so that I can be sure.

I later realised that the consultant **** to me, and that constituted a Breach of Contract. When I called Nashua they told me that I should wait for the migration to MTN, then I can start making enquiries. The bad customer service of MTN makes everything difficult for me. I have been complaining about this contract before it even started, I have documented emails in this regard.

Please cancel my contract.
