Wrong package activted
In 2013 November i took a contract with Mtn in a store at Maponya Soweto everything was fine, again in 2014 took other contract i was told that i have to increase my limit in order for me to take another contract the package that i took was a Top-up, i kept receiving messages that i have exceed my credit limit called the customer care and i was told that both my lines are open lines i wanted a top-up only realise this issue now that i have upgrade coz i kept on receiving messages about my limit. Now i really regret taking a contract with Mtn this is realllly bad services its best for me to cancel both my contracts ...
