Wrong Package

I went to MTN the one at Carlton center for a new line, I showed them on a book the deal I wanted it was for R379. I was put on a deluxe package which concluded my deal to be around R600 - R700 I can't tell exactly due to some pro rata charges that were included. I went and complained, I was told they will fix it, I was promised that they will log a ticket for my refund. Instead, this month they charged me another pro-rata and migration fees, which I am not liable for since it was not initially my fault that I was given a wrong package.

I want my refund.
