Wrong order - incorrect colour

I pre-ordered the new samsung galaxy z flip, clearly stipulating my desired colour and the delivery arrives with the incorrect colour. This is poor attention to detail! I now have to return the phone to your store and wait for the cancellation to take place before going in store to re-order the correct colour.
