ITEMIZED BILLING ********** CELL NO: ********** ACCNT NO: C ********** REFER [# ********** 6] We requested an Itemized billing for this number and gave permission to deduct the amount of R21.69 for it but we haven't received anything yet. alternative we asked for an balance on this number for audit reasons but still nothing. They keep on sending us the monthly invoices and not what we are asking for. The balance on this phone accumulated to more than R30k and we want proof of that.
