wrong number used for data bundle still not fixed

The error is actually mine, I purchased 2 data bundles via my internet banking but inadvertantely swopped 2 digits around. So I have now purchased 4gigs of data for a non-existant MTN number. I have emailed the paperwork to nearly every possible person that works at the mtn call centre and it has still not been resolved. We have been to the MTN stores at both East Rand Mall and Karaglen and taken copies of the paperwork and that hasn't helped either!<br> How hard can it be to transfer the data to the correct number for me MTN? I was the idiot that swopped the digits but surely I can't be the only person to have ever done this? My daughter needs the 4gigs of data for her i-pad for college urgently.<br> <br> Please can somebody help us?
