Wrong loan unit delivered
After 2 complaints on HelloPeter , Mtn finally picked up my damaged tablet today. But to my surprise the loan unit supp**** to me is a cell phone Samsung S4. What must I do with this phone when I handed in a tablet for repairs?

When a handset has been booked in for repairs or assessment you may request the use of a loan phone. However, depending on availability and if the exact handset which was sent for repairs is available one will be issued to you. Please note that not all stores have the option to assist with a loan unit.
