Wrong ITC listen because of MTN

I had a contract with Mtn years back I've paid it up and got proof of payment but to mu surprise ve been listed on ITC...... it's been 2 good years now but can't get my name cleared... Am a business man, I can't apply for credit because of MTN. Resolve this issue or am taking the matter to ombudsman
