My wife app**** for a new MTN contract while she was still on a Vodacom contract, I spoke to the sales service and the info they supp**** was that she can apply for a MTN contract and after her Vodacom contract expire she must switch her sim to pay as you go and then MTN will be able to use her existing Vodacom number, Now MTN tells her that they can't switch her number to a number for live cause her new MTN sim card was already activated, even when she app**** the lady at the MTN store at Vaal Mall confirmed she can keep her Vodacom number. How is she going to keep her existing number?????
