Wrong information and not wanting to give money back

Mondo gave me a Reuter from mtn saying it's a gift for using mtn for a long time and sold me uncapped WiFi and told me I will pay end of November. They then debited my account end of October, which is not what we agreed on. When I ask for my money back, they giving me a run around. Now when I want to cancel they are telling me they want the Reuter that I received as a gift according to their sales agent.
