Wrong information
In june this year,I called MTN to cancel my contract and Tumelo at their call center convinced me to upgrade to a month to month contract and I can cancel it anytime however now that I want to cancel it im told that it is 24months contract.Why was I given the wrong information from the beginning, I have been a loyal contract holder for over 7 years and never experienced these . Now im being double billed for my two and they say the 12 months promotion has ended, no one told me about this not even warn before hand if want to canel or not, the next thing I get billed double the amount of my normal debit order amount

Kindly be advised the contract signed for cell number ***, this contract is for 24 months. The 2GB and recurring on net minutes discounts was only valid for 12 months
This service was removed.
The account has been credited for this extra charges after the 12 months discounts expired , the September invoice has been credited automatically. The request has been sent to the billing department to pass a credit for the August invoice for this charges.
This contract was done by the MTN store Glenfair shopping Center, please go back to the store and speak to the manager regarding the wrong information received .

22 Sept 2017, 22:06Thank you for the response however my most concern is the latest contract that was supposed to be a month to month contract and just found out that it was made 24 months contract, which I want to cancel as I was told that I can cancel it anytime I want to. I am not happy because initially i wanted to cancel the contract but was convinced not to and was given the month to month contract
