Wrong info from customer consultants

I am currently living overseas and I have been trying to find a Customer Service number to call. All consultants came back with +***. The more I am telling them it doesn't work the more they give me the number. PLEASE update the consultants with the correct information. A working number is: +***0.

I was also looking for a way to retrieve my voice mails. Once again the number given was +***. Short numbers DO NOT WORK from overseas. Does MTN actually have somebody testing this???? After some research I found *111*11# which I tried. It worked, but displayed a message saying that I should dial *135#. Using this option only works 1 out of 10 times and I couldn't figure out which option actually retrieves the messages. It seems like the connection is very bad and it is not on my side. So far *111*11# worked every time. Another option is to phone +***0, but the default password of 0000 doesn't work. I am extremely frustrated: the customer service consultants are giving advice which doesn't work. Please address it!!! It is not their fault, but rather the change managements fault. Please get testers who are actually sitting overseas to test new functionality.
