wrong imei number
Hello Peter<br> my name is Winnie Mkhatshwa,I have a contract with mtn secunda store from 2012 . 2014 I upgraded my contract and the sales lady did not update my IMEI number with the insurance and i was not even aware that i must update the insurance that i have a new imei number because the sales lady did not tell me about it, 3 months back I was ****** and ****s took my phone when i claim the insurance keeps declaining my claim because the imei number was not updated. Please note that i have been paying the insurance for the new phone and still paying even the contract. The sales lady name Sarah who happen to be a manager now.
