Wrong IMEI number
Good day,

After taking months to get my phone repaired last year, my phone was unfortunately damaged again. When I called the call centre to report the claim I was advised that the IMEI number on my contract was different from the phone I now have. It appears that my phone was swapped out instead of being which I was unaware off.

Surely it is MTNs duty to amend the policy document to the new IMEI, especially considering that the phone was swapped by MTN insurance in the first place?

Please contact me urgently my number is ***.
