Wrong details sent through to EXPERIAN!!!

Not happy with the service I'm getting from MTN. They sent through to Experian that I missed a payment, but I pay via debit order and they only deducted the debit order on the 1st instead of the 31st of the previous month!!!! When I called the call center I was transferred from one department to the next and when I got to the next department the lady on that side could not resolve my query and she couldn't transfer me to the next department who according to her was the ones who is suppose to help! That's when I lost it, I can't deal with incompetence!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And she just dropped the phone!!!!
