WRONG DEBIT ORDERS!!! EMPTY PROMISES ON REFUNDS!!!!

MTN took my debit order 2 days early, and I haven't got paid yet so it bounced. They then threatened to cut me off if I did not pay, so I paid manually. They then ran the debit order again 6 days later, which bounced again as I already used my money to pay them manually. As a result I was charged penalties fees TWICE from MTN, and insufficient fund fees from my bank TWICE as well plus TWICE debit order fees plus the manual payment fee. MTN send out sms's promising that they would refund all penalties and bank fees resulting from the debit orders being a mess. I have emailed and called numerous times with just empty promises on the phone and NO REPLY on all my emails. USELESS *****ing people's money!!!!!!
