Wrong debit order then suspended my account

I know I'm wasting my time but here we go.

I took out a contract beginning May for R499.90 monthly. Beginning June they deducted R9160.00 off my account. When I called them they said there is nothing they can do and have to raise an incident. Yesterday I notices that my account is suspended and I cannot make any business calls. Still no feedback from MTN after they are the one who made a mistake.

Tip for customers: Let mtn send you your statement and you make EFT payment. Do not allow mtn to do monthly debit orders.

Tip for mtn: Train your staff properly as you are losing customers.
