Wrong deals online false adverti*****t

I took out a data contract online on black friday but whoever handled the contract on your side has put me on a plan that's not even close to the black friday one. Ive been calling, no help. Ive been to stores but then they send emails, still no help. No one is helping and im paying for the Incorrect deal that I didn't sign up for. What else must I do to get this fixed? Call centre keeps giving me numbers to call to no avail, store can't help because it's not their problem.
