wrong contract - *****ulnt action from and employee.

I entered into a new contract recently the man who phoned me says my contract for airtime and data will remain unchanged. 10gigs data an 100 mins talktime . We received our phones but there are outdated and we cannot even make use of the apps.

My reals concern is the data and airtime which is wrong -Can you rectify this immediately. I also need the number for the man that phoned me from "MTN" I would like to chat to him. What he is doing is *****.
