Wrong contract loaded
MTN Head Office loaded the wrong (cheaper) contract for my daughter's phone in January this year. The forms were filled in correctly at the branch. Since then I have been trying in vain to have it rectified. Numerous phone calls, visits to branches and messages later and it is still not sorted. This is pathetic!
