Wrong contract description
<p>In the last month I went into MTN MooiriverMall Potchefstroom to upgrade a cellphone contact. I asked the person assisting me that I want a top up contact that gives me airtime so I can buy sms's or data when I want to. The person assisting me insured me that the contract he gave me could do all of the above. In the weeks following I tried buying data and could not. Last week I went into the other MTN store in Potchefstroom and the person there informed me that I can't use the airtime given to me by MTN as I want. I think this is unacceptable that the personnel at MTN could make a mistake like this! </p>

Kindly be advised that the monthly provisioned airtime cannot be converted to sms bundles, data bundles or transferred as per our business rules. You may however purchase airtime and convert it into bundles.
