Wrong, cancelled and unloaded MTN insurance.

MTN never gives flawless service. In 2016 i bought a P9 and also asked for insurance. Now almost two years later i want to claim and they tell me the insurance may not have been loaded... there appears to have been a policy cancelled in April, not only that, the insurance policy that was cancelled is with a number that i didnt request insurance for (for a phone from 2015). I will never use MTN again after im done with this contract. Not buying a phone from them again and so isnt my family. Too much admin dealing with them, since day 1 that I started using MTN, its been problems.
