Wrong billing
<p>I upgrade through the retention department at mtn. I agree on the amount of R399 and now i pay R449 a month. I phone so many people and departments at mtn no one can help me to fix the incorrect billing on my account. Thanks Ruan</p>

We apologize for any inconvenience incurred.
The complaint has been sent to the Retentions supervisors to request from Alice to correct the package to R399.00. We have requested that the credit for the subscription fee difference should be passed to the account for May and June month.
