Wrong billing
Im very disapointed with the mtn bill they kept on saying my account is in arears in dec i went and clear all my arears of which i was on arears this month all my lines are blocked no one is willing to help and i pay every month ,im very disapointed im now thinking of closing down my accounts with Mtn ,everymonth is stories i do bussines now its affect my work

Kindly be advised that the system reflect in July 2015 you have stop the debit order at the bank , then you have made cash payment to the account, the account has been short paid.
The account reflect that for cell number *** you have requested to migrate the package from MTN 500 (HIGER PACKAGE) to MTN 100 minutes (LOWER PACKAGE) the account has been billed for handset claw back fee and migration fee, this charges are valid.
The debit order has been requested for the full balance outstanding =R 2,514.05, this is for the January and February invoices.
The lines are active.
