Wrong billing
I've downgraded my contract since July to R179 but even now Mtn is charging me my old instalment of R209, despite several queries done at Forrest hill mall it looks like I'm not going to get any help. I'm very disappointed in Mtn as a loyal client for almost 14 years, I'm even considering taking my money where I'll be treated with dignity.
