Wrong Billing

In one day you have more than 100 Bad reviews and when white people talk you day it's ******. There is something wrong your CEO, Group Exec and Billing Department. I took a month to month Uncapped Wifi of R549 and I knew that I am going to pay that today I am told I'll pay R899. This is crazy and I'm not doing that. I need someone from the billing department to contact and tell me. I can even contact your CEO on LinkedIn if this is not resolved. I'm not paying untill you sort it out.
