Wrong billing
We took a contract in November last year. It was supposed to be R369, 00. Now since November up until now we have been billed wrongfully. When we thought that was sorted and and amount of R1600, 00 was supposed to be credited back to our account. To my surprise we haven't got the money and whenever we call call center we are given wrong information

When I took out the contract it said I will pay 369 not 500. Every month you promised to do something about it but you don't. Be 9 I just got invoice now saying I should pay 500
