Wrong billing
I'm am a Top up contract user with MTN but on the 19th my account was debited with an amount of R1 451, and now I've received a statement saying that at the end of this month they expect me to pay R4 196.23. The bad thing is that my contract is due on the 15th of every month and now in expected to pay end of the Month. I went to the riverside branch and I'm not satisfied with the service I'm receiving.
