Wrong billing!!
I phoned mtn on the 02/04/2015 to just increase my credit limit on my wifi at home to R600, and this morning I got a bill for R6861. The guy that helped me at the call centre did not gave me a refference number aswell.

19 May 2015, 15:37Hello EbenM007,
Thank for posting.
Please accept our apologies for the delayed response and for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Our records indicate that the data call charges are for the excess usage on the invoice of the 13th of March to the3th of April 2015. This is over and above the 5G allocated for your package and the debit order has returned unpaid.
Please be advised that the credit limit has nothing to do with curbing the excess usage however you can monitor your usage by dialling *141*1# or register on MTNACTIVE on www.mtn.co.za .
Regards,
Nomonde.
