WRONG BILL
Good day<br> <br> MTN has been charging me for BlackBerry BIS for the past 14 months whereas I am using a Samsung S6 mini Phone , on a contract that I should be billed 289.00 per month i have been billed 348.00 ,<br> <br> This is negligency ,and is absolutely unacceptable, a refund of this extra billing should be put on my account immediately.<br> <br> <br> I have opted for Hello peter for assistance as mtn customer care doesn't really care <br> <br> Thank you <br> Rachel Thosago<br> ***
