Wrong amounts deducted
This is the last message sent to Mtn. Thy keep on telling me that i have been refunded my R20. But they still owe me a futher R20. Please read what i have been telling you for the past 7 months !!!YOU HAVE REFUNDED ME A R20+ R100 BUT PLEASE DO THE MATHS !!!!! I SHOULD HAVE PAID 7 X R99 = R693. BUT HAVE PAID AS FOLLOWS AUG 105+149 =R254 -SEPT R149 -OCT NIL NOV - R118 -DEC R99 -JAN R99 - FEB INVOICE = R99 TOTAL OF R818 LESS DELIVERY CHARGE R105 =R713. NOW R 713 MINUS WHAT IT SHOULD BE R693 IS A DIFF OF R20 NOW IF YOU CAN PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW R713 DIVIDED BY 7 = R99 IT IS R101.86 ??? IT NOW IS 8 MONTHS. PLEASE FIX.I WILL NOT STOP. YOU STILL OWE ME R 20.PLEASE PASS TO SUPERVISOR IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO FIX.!!!!! A*** Cellphone number ***
