WRONG AMOUNT BILLED
It is now almost a month since my first complaint and I am still waiting for an answer from MTN. Problem still not resolved!!!! How difficult can it be to resolve a simple billing complaint?

Thank you for your post.
Please take note that the debit order has never been requested for R1102.74 the system will bill the account in arrears. The system will add the previous month billing amount + the current month together that will give you this balance. Once the previous month is paid the current amount will reflect.
You have been informed before that the usage limit has been set up after the upgrade has been done so the account has been billed for extra usage. We have pass a credit for the data usage for April and May month. The usage limit is set.
