Wrong adverti*****t and empty promises.

What a bad experience I have had with mtn. I saw a promotion about home internet contract which and bought it online. The offer was R229 which includes home router plus sim and UPS however I only received router and sim, UPS not included. The worse part is that when the agent called she said the price on the promotion was for black Friday which was for last year but why are they still advertising it now. So the angent said I'll have to pay R249 which I just said it's okay for argument sake. My bank then send de*****eck which I had to approve and the amount Mtn stated that I'll have to pay was R4700 which i rejected. I tried to calling customer care but no option to talk to an agent. It's my 1st time using Mtn and the experience is terrible.
