Wrong advertising violation of human rights

I have app**** for a cell phone contract that was advertised I phone, it was declined because according to the Centurion sales lady it was declined because MTN could not verify my thumb print at department of home affairs. People I want to warn Customers that what MTN advise is not true. They violate your human rights to force you to go to the home affairs for your thumn prints. What a poor system. I will rather go to cell C or Vodacom. Shame on you MTN
