WOW MTN

This is kind of a two-folded review and therefore I cannot give 5 stars.

First, the bad: My wife and were due for an upgrade, we went in to the Mooirivier Mall MTN in Potchefstroom where they advised they had no stock of the phones we wanted and would need to order them. They advised that it would be best to wait for the phones first before doing the upgrade. Needless to say, we are still waiting for them to contact us and it has been more than 4 weeks.

NOW, the positive: A few days after going into the store, we received a call from MTN's online customer care. They listened to our needs, upgraded our packages and placed an order for delivery of our new devices within a few minutes. A few days later, our devices were delivered to our door by courier. This was by far the best experience i have had with MTN EVER. If they continue with initiatives like this, I am sure their overall service levels will soon be second to none.
