Wow.

Since my last complaint about the amount of money I have to pay because of negligence by one of your representatives (which no one has responded to), I’m NOW being told the massive fee ISN’T a Pro-Rata fee at all. It’s in fact a CONTRACT MIGRATION fee. I wasn’t even aware that was a thing. Will someone please tell me just what is going on here???
