Wow bonus
When I make a call Mtn pop a screen on my display stating that if you spend more than R0.35 now you will receive R100 airtime. I then called and received nothing. I then called 808 the mtn helpline which said no it is R10.35 which I have to spend.I then called until I spend more than the R10.35 as told by the call centre. Just to recieve nothing. When I call 808 again i am told that i am on a top up package and not prepaid. Now why do they show me the notification on my display whe.,making the call?
