<p>I have tried on numerous occassions to get MTN to get off their Promo smses since the begining of August to date I am still getting the **** smses. The USSD codes to OPT OUT don't even give the option to OPT OUT. What a nightmare this has been</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been getting feedback that they have escalated the matter at hand to their marketing department but still nothing has happed to date.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really frustrated because I do not this service period.</p> <p> </p> <p>What needs to be done to get the matter resolved??? take it to the media and complain cos I can do that so well.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
