Wow - beyond the call of duty.
My mum is 82 years old and yesterday I sent her air ticket via email. I said she should go to Postnet and get them to print it out for her. This morning I received an email from Themba at MTN asking me to forward the ticket to him to print it out. I called my mum to ask why MTN needed the ticket and she said \So they can print it out for me". My mum got a bit confused"
