Wow, am impressed

Today i decided to call the insurance department to follow up on my insurance claim, to get my phone collected and i have to say i was impressed with the call centre, 1st time ever i didn't have to hold for long to talk to a consultant, it only took me 5mins and i was promised my claim will be forwarded to the claim assurer and i will get a reply today latest tomorrow on when the phone will be collected.<br> <br> Hope your keep up the service and fulfil your promises....<br> <br> ***
