Would really like this to be solved
I was with Nashua Mobile for 15 years with no problem. Since the move to MTN, I've had it. For 3 months, my bill has been 3x higher than ever before and my service disconnected twice. I went to the Morningside offices a few weeks ago to try to get to the bottom of the problem since no-one at Sandton City could help.

After an hour of waiting, I finally got to the front of the queue. I was told there was a dual sim card registered to me. This was to be investigated because I had no knowledge of it. I also added another 2MB of data to my contract just in case. This, despite the fact that I use wifi at home and work and my data bundle with NM had always been enough. Finally, I stressed that my spending limit was R2200. If I exceeded it, my phone should be cut. Given that I had never spent more than R1800 in a month, even when overseas, anything higher would be a problem.

Once again my bill for Feb is over R3000. For a week, I have been trying various numbers on MTN's website with no success. I now have neither the time nor the energy to go and waste another 2 hours getting to Morningside to once again speak to a person that neither solves the problem nor communicates as promised.
