Would never recommend mtn to anyone.

I upgraded my contract almost 2 weeks ago. First the man in-store at tygervalley tells me that the only iphone they had was the 14 256gb and I would be forced to pay an extra R500 per month to get it. Then I decided to do the deal online rather and I found a 13 for R570 per month. The phone was sent in the courier and when it arrived at the address it couldn't be delivered because we needed my grandmother's fingerprint. It has been a week since that happened and still no phone. It should have been dealt with the next day but instead I am still sitting and waiting for this phone to arrive. Absolutely disgusting service, I would never ever recommend mtn to anyone, they try to make you overpay and then you have to wait about 2 weeks of working days to get your new device.
