Would love to upgrade

HI MTN,<br> <br> 43 calls later to various of your MTN stores and only one call answered. Promise to call back but never did. How can you do business with a company that doesn't take your call? Do you port to another provider willing to answer the phone, do you buy a new phone on credit card and go onto pay as you go? Which incidentally is cheaper.<br> <br> At a loss
